The Djibouti Committee "Freedom and Justice".

It is starting from the Airport of Djibouti that since years this traffic is carried out towards Europe and North America, whose "Giver of Orders" is the wife of president Ismaël Omar Guelleh, Mrs. Kadra Odette Mahamoud Haïd - citizen of Djibouti and Frenchwoman.

It is with a true network organized starting from Djibouti and guaranteed by Mogadiscio (Somalia) to which we are confronted and against who we do not have the capacity to stop it because it implies the highest authorities of the Djibouti State whereas his depravity goes even until use of diplomatic passports is "to Cover and to Guarantee" this wretched traffic.

This network finds its human resources in the social environment of poor populations where the children either are bought or exchanged against rice bags, or quite simply removed in refugee camps in Ethiopia where the government of Mr. Mélés Zenawi fights against this odious traffic.

A part of this network acts since tens of years in the streets of the Djibouti capital while carrying out in addition the kidnapping of poor children (Djibouti or refugees).

The rare parents who dare to come for claim them to the central Police station of the city either are stricken by men of the network, or imprisoned under the reason for...." Ill treatments on minor "...

It is lies to affirm, as Mrs. Kadra Odette Mahamoud Haïd and her network make it to try to save appearances, that these children would be adopted in Europe and North America and that this traffic would thus make it possible to grant to them a better future in families of reception.

The sad truth is that these children are quite simply sold like simple goods to networks, which take their profit margin at the passage.

Networks of paedophilia exist - in particular in Canada - they are directed by Colonel Abdillahi Abdi which is the Officer ordering the personal guard of Mrs. Kadra Odette Mahamoud Haïd.

They are transported either by airplane DAALLO Sarl (Mogadiscio - Djibouti), or by trucks (Ethiopia - Djibouti)

The network directed by the Commander Ali Ahmed Orbisso, Officer ordering the central Police station of Djibouti city, has a team of men of the National of Police force which exclusively have in load the abductions of poor and idle children (Djibouti or Refugees) which they survive, sometimes lonely, in the streets of Djibouti city.

It is easy for International Justice and ONU to consult these documents to understand this traffic of children.

It remains to know who will have courage to defend the life of these children and to put an end to this wretched traffic on the level of international Justice?.

This limited liability company whose registered office is in Djibouti - wrongfully declared as Airline company - hires the airplanes near various Airline companies of international level having the approval to transport of passengers and freight.

This once again confirms what we affirm, namely that the Djibouti State makes an inopportune use of the Diplomatic Passports, it covers and guarantees this traffic of children because the high local authorities are directly implied there.

They defy thus with impunity all the national laws and the International Conventions of Child welfare of UNO or others which they - in addition - was signed for name of the Djibouti republic.
