International Assistances

Here the distribution of how are used certain International assistances which are supposed to help the country and its populations !.

50 % of these International Assistances are versed on bank accounts of "foreigners" (man and wife) living in Djibouti since a long time to be transferred to La Réunion Island - in Italy - in Switzerland - in Dubaï.... 30 % are taken directly by Mr. Ismaël Omar Guelleh to be versed on its bank accounts abroad.

10 % go on the bank accounts abroad of the president wife, Mrs. Kadra Odette Mahamoud Haïd which maintains a mafiosi and xenophobe clan, which is a true "State in the State". 6% are used to buy the "local and political awarenesses". 4 % go to the Treasury Department for government or international projects .

This distribution of the diversions of the International assistances constitutes an average rule which is variable and subject of rough preliminary "negotiations" and as the case may be.

To this come to be added for Ismaël Omar Guelleh and its government all the "Assistances and commissions..." which - by obviousness - does not pass by the Djibouti Treasury Department.
