Mr. Mahamoud Harbi - Mr. Mohamed Djama Elabeh.

These politicians had got for them the merit of the dignity.
They belong neither at the one, nor at the other ; they are the historic property of Djibouti Nation.

Amin

Image which upsets and which hurts because it touches us to deepest; it is the child who is the victim, this child that all the religions protect and who "is blessed by God..and Allah...".

In his glance one finds there all the distress of a "small kid", a call and an interrogation, a charge which he can't express but that we don't hesitate to carry against all these "merchants of weapons" which in spite of prohibitions of impotent UNO, they foment and maintain the conflicts in Ogaden and in Somalia in a war for a long time because conflicts and troubled times is wealthy for ones, locally like abroad.

Some exploit this human misery by diverting the international assistances and food products of first required and resell them on the local markets.

The larval conflicts multiplied these last weeks precipitating children, women and men who are not soldiers or mercenaries but of simple pastors or farmers who survived on their ground from which they come to be driven out by the conflicts and the famine.

Much lost their cattle, at least what it remained about it; the houses were destroyed.

It is estimated that more than 2000 families is more than 10 000 people who wander thus in the only area of Galgadud, according to local sources' of information located in the regional capital, Dhusa-Mareb.

The hospitals are overflowed by the number of persons were wounded in this conflict which can't be treated for absence of surgeons and of adapted drugs ; most fragiles, the children, the women and old men die of hunger each day often pushed back by the inhabitants who also had are touched by the famine and which has just what to survive.

Mr. Roger Picon
