The month of Ramadan which has just begun is the ninth lunar month of our calendar of the Hegira.

It is a month blessed by excellence, that day where "Coran book was revealed when it is descended among us" ; it is thus the religious feast of the crowned book which is celebrated during these fast days, which become thus a long daily commemoration of the "descent" of the Book.

Via their president M Mahamoud Idriss Ahmed and of their vice president M Abdallah Deberkaleh Ahmed :

the members of the Council and the Government in Exile of Djibouti wish with all the Moslems that this crowned month be that of meditation in peace, of the respect of humanity and that of the sharing out with humblest.

Our thoughts obviously go to our brothers and our sisters; men, women and children which suffer in Djibouti.

 

" Ô vous les croyants ! Que vos richesses et vos enfants Ne vous distraient pas du souvenir de Dieu Ceux qui agissent ainsi sont les perdants, Donnez en aumônes une partie des biens que nous vous avons accordés Avant que la mort n'atteigne l'un d'entre vous, Et qu'il ne dise : " Mon Seigneur ! si seulement tu m'accordes un court délai, je ferais l'aumône et je serais juste ". Dieu n'accorde de délai à aucun homme Parvenu au terme fixé par lui. Dieu est parfaitement informé de ce que vous faites. Versets 9 - 10 - 11. Sourate LXIII. Al Küran.
